Holiday Magic Festival of Lights is a multi-cultural holiday celebration, combining the ancient Chinese lantern tradition from the East with Western Christmas favorites to create a one-of-a-kind holiday experience. This event will bring together all ages for a magical experience. This festival includes:

Giant Illuminated Displays. Showcasing 36 lighted lantern themes including traditional Chinese stories, educational cultural displays, famous sites of the Western world, children’s favorites, and the magic of the holidays to create a tour of amazement.

Millions of Lights. The entire Retama Park grounds and buildings will be covered with holiday lights.

Spectacular Carnival. Included in the admission price is a wonderful carnival featuring favorite rides like a ferris wheel, carousel, kids rides and thrill rides that whirl, twirl, jump and dive.

Christmas Favorites. Bring your camera for pictures with Santa, play in snow each night, enjoy pyrotechnics as we light our 36-foot Christmas tree each night, shop for unique gifts, and see real reindeer on select nights.

Parades. Enjoy nightly holiday parades.

Fireworks. The sky will light up with pyrotechnics each night during the Christmas tree lighting, plus fireworks on New Year’s Eve.

International Street Food. Whether you like traditional carnival and festival food, or an international street fair, you’ll find something to love at our food court.

Live Performances. From Chinese acrobats to carolers, you’ll find entertainment each night of the festival on our performance stage.
